π Delivery Areas: We deliver products across Tanzania. For customers outside Tanzania, please contact us for special arrangements.
π Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location, but we strive to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
π Delivery Charges: Shipping costs may vary depending on location and product size/weight. The exact delivery fee will be communicated at the time of purchase.
π Tracking Orders: Once your order is confirmed, our support team will provide details on how to track the status of your delivery.
π Delays: While we always work to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues, or public holidays).

π Refund and Return Policy
At NMG Shops, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or refund.
π Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- π The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- π The wrong product was delivered.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items (e.g., personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- π Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- π Delivery fees and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
